Professional Experience

Nick is Managing Director of our CBRE Canberra Office. Nick has 23 years of experience in real estate; ranging from sales and leasing, to providing expert valuation and planning advice on Canberra's commercial, industrial and residential markets.

As Managing Director of CBRE Canberra, Nick is reponsible for overseeing the operations of the CBRE Canberra Office with 58 staff in a range of business lines. Nick is a registered Real Estate Agent selling Institutional Investment Properties and, since 2007, has transacted over $800M of commercial property in Canberra and its surrounds.

Nick is currently the Senior Vice President of the National Australian Property Institute and in 2008 and 2009 Nick was recognised as the REIACT's Commercial Agent of the year.

Over the past 12 months Nick has assisted with the sale of some significant sites in Canberra including "Industry House" on Binara Street which sold in May 2009 for $123 million to a private investor, the "ATO Building" in Canberra's City, which sold in July 2009 for $205 million to an international investor. More recently Nick has been working collectively with the ACT Government in selling vacant mixed use of parcels of land in Kingston. Selling two prestigious island site on Kingston Foreshore for $24 million to local developers.
