Professional Experience

Nick is Managing Director of our Canberra Office, prior to this he was a Principle of McCann Property & Planning, a 'local' valuation practise.

Nick has 19 years experience with McCann's prior to his alignment with CB Richard Ellis. Nick is now responsible for overseeing the operation of the Canberra Office with 43 staff in a range of business lines.

Nick's area of speciality has been providing expert valuation and planning advice in Canberra's commercial, industrial and residential markets. More recently Nick has moved into the commercial agency and has assisted with the sale of former YMCA building, now being developed as AUSAID (10,000m²) and various other commercial and residential transactions.
