Andrew Callaghan commenced his real estate career with Richard Ellis' Sydney office in 1980 as a Commercial Leasing Negotiator, rising to the position of Commercial Leasing Manager. Andrew joined Bridge Real Estate in 1990 and became a Director of Commercial and Industrial Agency prior to the company takeover in 2007 by CB Richard Ellis.

He has vast expertise in both the Commercial & Industrial markets of the North Shore, particularly the Northern Beaches. The portfolio of Institutional and Private Clients is most extensive.

Andrew's particular expertise extends to providing Investment Portfolio advice, Commercial and Industrial Development Site and Project Analysis and General Asset Management Strategies in relation to Sales Acquisitions, Project Marketing and Leasing.
