PARRAMATTA - NEW SOUTH WALES

The Parramatta office has been operating within the Western Sydney Market since 1994. It began with three professional staff and one support team member.

Since that time the office has gone from strength to strength. Reflecting the development of Greater Western Sydney, the Parramatta office now consists of 33 staff members. This growth has resulted in the office relocating to a larger and more modern facility located in "The Barrington" building on Smith Street, Parramatta.

The new premises is situated on the fringe of the Parramatta business centre, but still in close proximity to all major facilities as well as the railway station and post office.

Parramatta has developed its reputation as the western hub of corporate activity, providing a significant service function to the Greater West, including employment, transport, retail, education, cultural, legal services and recreation.

Consisting of four divisions; Industrial & Logistics Services Sales and Leasing, Office Services, Valuation and Advisory Services, and Asset Services, the Parramatta office provides a high level of professional service from a highly dedicated team.
