Since that time the office has gone from strength to strength. Reflecting the development of Greater Western Sydney, the Parramatta office now consists of 79 staff members.

This growth has resulted in a recent refurbishment of the Parramatta’s office accommodation at “The Barrington” on Smith Street.

Parramatta has developed its reputation as the western hub of corporate activity providing a significant service function to the Greater West, including employment, transport, retail, education, cultural, legal services and recreation.

Consisting of 7 divisions, Industrial & Logistics Services, Office Services, Metropolitan Investments, Asset Services, Commercial Valuations, Institutional Investment Properties and Residential Valuations, the Parramatta office provides a broad range of professional services from a highly dedicated team.

Residential Valuations Services

The Residential Valuations division has contributed significantly to the growth of the Parramatta office. We have an experienced and diverse team of valuers that conduct Residential Valuations for all property types and purposes.

In May 2011, CB Richard Ellis acquired Megaw & Hogg National Valuers. This acquisition has cemented CBRE as a market leader within the industry.

Our Sydney team of 50 specialist valuers are highly experienced in all facets of the Australian Residential Market.
