Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis as Managing Director of our South Sydney operations, Joshua spent over nine years with Colliers International as Director of Industrial Services.

In 2008, Joshua became Regional Director, Industrial Services & Logistics for CBRE Australia & New Zealand.

Joshua has specialised in industrial / investment sales and leasing for the past 14 years and is to this day responsible for many of Australia’s largest property transactions.

Joshua has a strong track record with most of Australia’s Institutions and listed property trusts and has guest lectured on Commercial Property at the University of Technology.
