Greg Cohen has over 25 years of property experience and has worked in both the agency and institutional property funds environment.

Greg has a unique insight into the industrial and office park market of Australia and New Zealand which has culminated in his appointment to CB Richard Ellis as Regional Director, Industrial Investments.

His previous experience which included development transactions, portfolio acquistions, portfolio management as well as growing an industrial and office park fund from approx. $300m to over $1billion. His vast range of experience complements the existing skills set of the team at CBRE.
