Joshua has been with CB Richard Ellis Retail Services for over nine years, in which time he has worked in the Queensland, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney offices.

Joshua’s main area of speciality has been the development, refurbishment and re-positioning of retail centres. These have included City Centres, Sub Regional Shopping Centres, Neighbourhood Centres, Service & Lifestyle developments and Bulky Goods Homemaker Projects.

In 2005 Joshua relocated to the Sydney office having successfully delivered on major projects in Victoria including the multi-million dollar refurbishment of The Galleria, the re-positioning of Centrepoint on the Bourke Street Mall, the development of Kingston Super Centre at Moorabbin Airport and provided consultancy advice to the successful consortium for the Spencer Street Station redevelopment.

This experience ensures he has the required leadership, management and organisational skills needed to direct major retail projects.
