Professional Experience
Kevin is responsible for leading CBRE Research in Australia and New Zealand. He identifies research priorities, guides primary research activities, database development/management, oversees forecasting projects and provides research support for all studies, reports and client presentations.
Kevin's work involves all property sectors and issues likely to impact on property markets and the industry overall. Outputs are directed to both internal and external clients and take the form of MarketView reports, Spotlight reports, tailored commentary, client presentations and work with the media.

Achievements
Kevin was appointed the National Director, Research for Australia New Zealand in December 1998. Prior to this, Kevin headed the research activities for the Victorian operation. He joined CB Richard Ellis as Manager, Research & Consultancy in November 1994.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kevin spent two years as Manager, Policy & Research with the Property Council of Australia, in Victoria, where he was responsible for all local research surveys and reports. Between 1986-1992, Kevin worked with the Victorian Government's Department of Planning as a Town Planner and between 1990-1992, as a Regional Manager.
