Professional Experience

Mike Steur is the head of Valuation and Advisory Services for Asia Pacific.  The full service business line includes expertise in commercial property, hotels & leisure, retirement housing and healthcare, plant & equipment and residential. 

Mike has some 30 years experience in valuation and conusltancy in a wide range of commercial property, this includes valuations for Stock Exchange listings (IPO), Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and Listed Property Trusts (REITs).

Mike currently sits on the RICS Valuation Professional Group Board representing the Oceania region.
