Professional Experience

Mike Steur is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand business line of Valuation & Advisory Services, and is based in Sydney. The full service business line includes expertise in commercial property, hotels and leisure, plant and equipment, and residential. There are approximately 140 valuers in the group located in 18 offices.

Mr Steur has 25 years experience in valuation and consultancy in a wide range of commercial property, including specialised expertise in shopping centre, CBD, entertainment, and hotel/leisure property. This includes valuations for Stock Exchange listings ( IPO), Product Disclosure Statements ( PDS) and Listed Property Trusts ( REITs). He presently specialises in Shopping Centre and Bulky Goods valuations / consultancy in Australia and New Zealand , as well as acting as coordinator and point of contact for major instructions and portfolios.

Mr Steur was Former National Vice President, Property and Land Economy Institute of New Zealand.
