Neil joined CBRE in February 2008 as a Director in the International Investment Team. Having relocated from London in 2005, Neil has spent the last three years working for institutional clients sourcing and analysing property portfolios in Europe and Asia, and providing acquisition/dinvestment evaluations and undertaking transactions within Australia for overseas institutional clients.

Neil has undertaken sales and acquisitions in Asia, Australia and Europe over the last three years and has a broad understanding of the various markets.

Having graduated with a property economics degree from Oxford Brookes University Neil spent five years working in London, firstly undertaking commercial valuations prior to attaining RICS accreditation, and then undertaking commercial and retail investment transactions in the UK and Europe.

He is a member of the RICS and a graduate of the Australian Securities Institute (Dip. Applied Finance & Investment), giving him a sound understanding of the financial markets, and specifically property related capital raising and fund structuring.

Neil is a key member of the International Investments team and is actively involved with inbound and outbound investment work on both the buy side and sell side.
