Peter has managed a career in the commercial property industry for over 25 years, developing a thorough understanding of business appreciation, professional management processes and market trends. After developing his own company, Peter successfully on-sold the business to an International Real Estate Corporation and continued to manage an active role in the regional office before establishing the Australian operation of GVA Swale Hynes in 1995.

Peter’s solid grounding in management, valuation training and lease negotiation have provided a thorough understanding of lease structure and tenancy administration. Peter’s skills as a company director and client manager reinforce the value of professional communication between all internal and external sources and assist CB Richard Ellis to provide quality service to all client groups.
