Professional Experience
Rob joined CB Richard Ellis in early 2003 as National Director, Hotels & Leisure, division for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to that he had spent some 20 years with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in both New Zealand & Australia.
Rob commenced his working career with Jones Lang Wootton in 1984 as a Junior Valuer. In 1985 he transferred to the International Hotels division specialising in Hotel Valuation & feasability work. In 1987 Rob moved to JLW New Zealand and was shortly therafter promoted to Agency Director. In 1996 Rob was appointed Managing Director of JLW TransAct NZ, the Hotels division of the company.
Rob returned to Australia in 2000 to establish and run TransAct, a specialist division of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels responsible for the domestic brokerage market pertaining to Pubs, Motels, Boutique Hotels, Guest Houses, Golf Courses and other similar tourism related properties.
Since joining CBRE Hotels in 2003 Rob has successfully marketed hotel assets throughout Australia with notable wins being the Avillion Hotel Sydney and the Grand Hotel Group Portfolio. Professional Affiliations

Education
Rob completed a Diploma of Business (Valuations) at Hawkesbury Agricultural College in 1983, graduation with Distinctions. He completed his Real Estate Certificate in 1985.
