Professional Experience

Sam Cuccurullo has had 25 years managing property assets principally office industrial buildings. Sam is the Director responsible for Property/Asset Management operations in Australian and New Zealand. Sam is personally responsible for a high quality portfolio of commercial office, and business/office park properties in Australia and New Zealand with an approximate value of AUS $4 billion.

Achievements

Sam's achievements over this period were recognised in late 1999, when he was inducted in the "Circle of Excellence", a CB Richard Ellis recognition of outstanding achievements. In the year 2000 Sam was given the highest CB Richard Ellis Australasian award as the "Professional of the Year".

Sam has lectured throughout the industry, speaking at the University of Western Sydney from 1996, Property Council of Australia CPM from 1991 on numerous topics, Property Institute of Australia in 1997, and IIR Conference on GST in 1999 & 2000.
