Thomas joined the Institutional Investment Properties (IIP) team of CBRE Australia in November 2005 and is an Associate Director of the International Investment Team.

In his capacity, Thomas focuses on identifying and securing qualified investment opportunities in Australia and New Zealand for offshore investors. This includes controlling and actively supporting the transaction and due diligence process.

Further, Thomas assists offshore investors in identifying and creating relationships to suitable Australian fund managers for indirect investments into Australian Wholesale Funds.

Thomas works closely with Richard Butler - Senior Managing Director of International Investments, Robert Sewell - Regional Director of Institutional Investments Australia & New Zealand, Charles Long - Director of Financial Services.
