Professional Experience

Graeme Russell joined CB Richard Ellis in 1986 as an Investment Sales Negotiator. In 1988 he was appointed as the founding Managing Director of our North Sydney office, a role he performed until 1994.

Graeme is acknowledged within the CB Richard Ellis group as one of our outstanding business leaders and as such has performed the role of Senior Managing Director for Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Metropolitan Sydney and now Queensland. This includes 12 of our 20 offices throughout Australia.

Graeme is an investment specialist who has a strong track record with the majority of Institutions, Trusts, Syndicators and a number of major Private Investors. His specialised fields of competence include the sale of all forms of Commercial, Retail and Industrial property.

Mr Russell was first appointed a Director of Richard Ellis in 1988 at the age of 27. He has specialised in investment sales since 1985, and now boasts the reputation of one of the leading investment operators in the country.
