The Milton Office was established in 1996 and was set up to cater for suburban development, and more specifically for industrial and commercial.

The Milton office is just one kilometre south-west of the CBD, on the northern side of Cribb Street, off Coronation Drive. It is in the centre of an area known in office market terms as the 'near city', a thriving business location that rings the CBD.

It is a region increasingly popular with IT-related companies and corporate clients seeking a location close to the CBD, but with more direct and easy access to clients, avoiding transit through the CBD and with extensive parking.
