SUNSHINE COAST - QUEENSLAND

CB Richard Ellis opened its first office at Minyama in 2002. In July 2006, CB Richard Ellis acquired the business of Rafter & O'Hagan, an independent firm which had operated on the Sunshine Coast for 15 years. The principals of that firm, together with key staff, joined CB Richard Ellis Sunshine Coast. Both firms had strong reputations on the Sunshine Coast and between them commanded a considerable market share.

CB Richard Ellis Sunshine Coast now employs approximately 30 staff and is the dominant commercial agency in this region and provides a wide range of services to the greater Sunshine Coast region, including commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing, investment sales, tourism and leisure services, commercial asset management and valuation and advisory services.
