The Adelaide office was established more than 30 years ago to provide specialist advice on commercial, retail and industrial real estate in the South Australian market.

The existing staff work from a CB Richard Ellis managed building in the centre of the Adelaide CBD. The Adelaide office employs a strategically developed mix of wholly integrated products and services, which in turn are designed to deliver measurable value and enhanced asset productivity to all of our clients.

There are eight support staff, four Industrial operatives, four staff in Commercial and Retail agency, four in Valuation & Advisory Services and seven in Asset Services.

CB Richard Ellis is the pre-eminent industrial agent in the State and is regarded as a leading Valuation division in Adelaide. Our management division has grown rapidly particularly in the Retail sector and our Commercial agency division has made a strong impression in the Adelaide CBD.
