Professional Experience

Hamish Sutherland is a Regional Director and oversees the Office Services division in major cities in Australia and New Zealand. Hamish has primarily been involved in office leasing within the Melbourne Central Business District. This position involves an intimate knowledge of the market, financial analysis, and extensive negotiation skills.

In the years that Hamish has been at CB Richard Ellis, he has been involved in several major projects, i.e. 101 Collins Street, 530 Collins Street and Rialto.
