Matt has had 23 years of property industry experience in both agency and client based roles.  During his time at CB Richard Ellis, Matt has held positions as Regional Director, responsible for our Industrial Investment Properties division in Australia & New Zealand, and more recently Managing Director of the CB Richard Ellis Melbourne office, based in Collins Street. 

In July 2007, Matt was promoted to Senior Managing Director of Victoria, where he is now responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Victorian business. 

Matt will continue to drive our highly successful Industrial Investments business within the Institutional Property Group.

Education

Matt has a Diploma in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia, completed in 1999. During this course, he was awarded the 1998 St. George Bank Prize in Economics. Prior to this, in 1986 he completed the Estate Agency Certificate at RMIT University. Matt completed his Higher School Certificate at Yarra Valley Grammar School, Melbourne in 1981.
