Significant Assignments

Peter’s particular expertise lies in the marketing of major CBD and suburban investment properties focussing primarily on the commercial and retail sectors and sites suitable for new development. He has played an active role marketing major investment properties to Australian institutional investors and the South East Asian markets. During the past 17 years, Peter has been personally responsible for the sale of over $1billion worth of property as well as being an integral member of a national sales team which successfully completed the sale of a $482million Commonwealth Government Portfolio sale known as Packages 1-4, comprising 11 properties in four cities.
