Regarded as a market leader in Investment Properties, our team prides itself on extensive experience, a sound reputation and incontestable market knowledge.
The business line is structured to best suit client requirements covering all sectors of the investment market, specialising in International Properties, Institutional Investments and Metropolitan Investments. We provide unparalleled services and resources to local and international private investors, institutional clients, major developers and high net worth individuals; for single assets and multi-market portfolios.
Combining decades of industry knowledge with equally solid relationships, our national executives (some of whom have worked together for over 15 years) maintain a regional perspective whilst leading a team of professionals dedicated local markets. Across the division we create dedicated project teams according to client, product type and geographic area in order to provide the best possible service.
International Investments
Our International Investments team largely liaises with our international operations and clients. The primary function of this group is to remain abreast of global market trends, align investment opportunities in the Asian, American and European regions and integrate these with the Australian and New Zealand markets.
For more information on International Investments click here.
Institutional Investments
Operating in the top end of the CBD markets, the core focus of Institutional Investments is the acquisition and disposal of stock, usually priced above AU$20m.
With a client base of major institutions, private investors and overseas investors - similar to that of our specialty retail, hotels and industrial investment business lines - this team works across divisions and borders to offer strategic market advice and help realise the potential of investments and listed trusts.
Metropolitan Investments
Metropolitan Investments specialises in small to medium investments, concentrating on the sale of property approximately valued between AU$1million and AU$20 million. While servicing private clients and syndications, and assisting larger trusts and institutions, this division has a broad brief which includes portfolio disposals.
