Recognising the need to differentiate the sales and marketing of projects of differing calibre, the business has two specialist operations, being ‘project marketing’ and ‘platinum residential’ including two separate sales teams.
The sales team on average, each have over 10 years experience in real estate, of which, the majority is in residential project marketing.
A major asset of the company and benefit to clients is the national and global database of CBRE prospective purchasers. This database includes all past purchasers and buyer enquiries plus the CBRE corporate database of property owners and investors.
All of our Directors are ‘hands on’ and personally responsible for the management and implementation of all marketing and sales initiatives for projects undertaken.
