Established in September 2007, CB Richard Ellis Residential Projects was created when CBRE acquired the merged operations of the Abadeen Realty and Realty Marketing specialist project marketing divisions.  

The Directors (David Milton, Tim Rees and Justin Brown) have been responsible for the marketing strategies and strategic launches of the majority of both Sydney and Australia’s premium residential projects over the past 15 year period. Their knowledge, expertise and experience in this field is second to none. 

The company specialises in residential project marketing both nationally and internationally and is established as the market leader in Sydney.

Recognising the need to differentiate the sales and marketing of projects of differing calibre, the business has two specialist operations, being ‘project marketing’ and ‘prestige property marketing’ including two separate sales teams. 

A major asset of the company and benefit to clients is the national and global database of CBRE’s prospective purchasers.

The directors of CB Richard Ellis Residential Projects are ‘hands on’ and personally responsible for the management and initiation of sales and marketing strategies for all projects undertaken.
