WA economy in transition... 1990's style growth ahead for office markets?

After almost a decade of strong growth driven by a doubling in the terms of trade (reflecting strong commodity prices), which pushed incomes and business investment activity higher, the mix of growth in Western Australia is expected to normalise over the next decade. That sill implies strong, export-led, growth but that there will be a shorter term drag as investment spend declines during the transition.
