We offer our clients independent and impartial advice, helping them make well informed decisions on premises that will support their core businesses. As GCS do not represent Lessor interests, we never have conflict of interest difficulties with building owners. Probity is assured and we remain fully committed to the best interests of our clients, always achieving benchmark results.
Independence
GCS does not receive incentives or payments from any parties other than our corporate clients. The GCS business operates independently from all other CBRE business units and is controlled by a separate management board. GCS is located at separate premises and has its own technology platform. There are strict protocols in place relating to client security and confidentiality.
