Sydney, 02 February 2016 – Fresh Solutions Group has inked a 10-year lease deal in one of Western Sydney’s most revered industrial hubs after relocating from Sydney Markets to Quarry at Greystanes.
Located at 4 Bellevue Circuit, Greystanes, the 1,683sqm property comprises a brand new warehouse/office facility featuring up to 12.2 metre internal clearances, three roller shutter doors and dual driveways.
DEXUS and CBRE’s John Micallef and Rajal Chaudhary negotiated the deal on behalf of DEXUS Property Group. The rental is $132 per square metre net.
“The lessee was attracted to this property’s prime position in one of Western Sydney’s most prestigious industrial hubs, which is close to major transport thoroughfares and the distribution centres for Woolworths, Coles and Aldi,” Mr Micallef explained.
“The facility is serviced by 400 amps of power, which was also an attraction for the tenant, due to its need to install cool rooms.”
