Adelaide, 6 February 2013 - Phil Schell, a leading Agribusiness professional, has joined CBRE as a Manager in the company’s Agribusiness Transactions, Valuations and Advisory line of business.
CBRE Regional Director, Agribusiness, Danny Thomas said Phil was a well-known and respected sales agent, with an enviable track record in delivering results for clients.
“His priority will be assisting our clients as they continue to work through the complexities presented by continued deleveraging and challenging trading conditions,” Mr Thomas said.

Mr Schell has over 25 years’ experience in Agribusiness, most recently heading up the South Australian rural and agribusiness sales team of another first tier international property services provider.
CBRE’s South Australia Managing Director, Phil Rundle said Phil would be responsible for completion of an array of difficult divestments across the horticultural, cropping, livestock and aquaculture sectors.
“Phil’s responsibilities will include further developing the company’s Agribusiness Services platform, particularly in the cropping, viticulture and horticulture sectors,” Mr Rundle said.
He joins CBRE as a manager based in the firm’s 151 Pirie Street, Adelaide Office.
