Sydney, 10 February 2015 – Equipment hire and sales firm Onsite Rentals has leased an expansive industrial facility in Glendenning to accommodate its Western Sydney operations.
Located at 21 Cox Place, the facility comprises a 6,551sqm freestanding warehouse, air conditioned offices and an ancillary building featuring a high clearance covered storage area.
The main building comprises four cranes and also benefits from multiple roller door access points.
CBRE’s Greg Pike and Matthew Flynn negotiated the lease on behalf of GNS Ceramics. Onsite Rentals committed to a six-year term on the property for an initial rental of $700,000 per annum (net).
Mr Pike said the property’s extensive hardstand/yard space was a key factor underpinning the deal.
“The property benefits from some 27,400sqm of total land area, most of which provides container rated hardstand,” Mr Pike said.
“The whole site is fenced at the boundary, while there is also ample onsite parking – both of which were drawcards for the tenant.”
The property benefits from close proximity to Sydney’s major arterial roads including the Westlink M7 and M4 motorways, enabling access to the wider metropolitan region.
