Sydney, 17 February 2015 – National manufacturing firm A & J Packaging Pty Ltd has signed a 12-year lease with Lend Lease for a new facility in the popular industrial area of Wetherill Park.
Located at 29A Davis Road, the secondary style manufacturing facility comprises 9,824sqm and features a recently refurbished office space, internal clearances of up to 8.5 metres, and benefits from a high power supply of 1,250 amps.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir negotiated the leasing on behalf of lessor Lend Lease (Real Estate Investments Limited). The initial rental is$75/sqm net plus GST.

Shakir said: “A long term lease was secured due to the building’s high power
supply and close proximity to the new link road through to the M4 Motorway.”
