Sydney, 17 February 2015 – MSA – The Safety Company has leased a freestanding office/warehouse facility in Baulkham Hills to accommodate its Sydney operations.
Located at 11 Columbia Way in the Norwest Business Park, the 1,433sqm property comprises 888sqm of warehouse space and a 545sqm office.
Elijah Shakir of CBRE Industrial & Logistics Services and Luke Bryant of the firm’s Office Services department negotiated the deal on behalf of Capital Corporation.
MSA committed to a five-year term on the property for an annual rental of $145 per square metre (warehouse) and $280 per square metre (office).
Mr Shakir said the property’s combined office and warehouse elements were pivotal to the deal.
“Identifying a suitable solution to amalgamate the tenant’s warehouse and office requirements were at the forefront of this deal – of which this property did,” Mr Shakir said.
The property boasts ease of accessibility to Norwest Business Park’s local services and amenities including the nearby train station, which is currently under construction.
