Perth, 17 February 2014 – Leading international law firm, King & Wood Mallesons, has relocated its Perth office to the landmark QV.1 tower.
King & Wood Mallesons has committed to QV.1 by signing a new lease for 10 years on floors 28, 29 and 30 with a total area of 4,164sqm. KWM previously occupied two floors in the Central Park complex.
The lease was finalised between Chris Hynes of CBRE’s Global Corporate Services, representing King & Wood Mallesons and QV.1’s General Manager, Paul Teraci.

QV.1 is co-owned by Investa Property Group and the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), represented by Eureka Funds Management. The building is managed by CBRE’s Premier Properties Group.
