Melbourne, 24 February 2015 – New Zealand based business systems company Fusion5 has leased a 435sqm office suite in South Melbourne to accommodate its expanding Australian operations.
The enterprise relocated to the new space on the sixteenth level of 60 Albert Road to benefit from the buildings recent major refurbishments, plans for a lobby upgrade, and improvements to the building’s end of trip facilities.
Fusion5 committed to a six-year term on the property, with a rental figure in the high $200’s per square metre net.
CBRE’s Anthony Park, who negotiated the lease on behalf of building owner Prime Value, said the property’s location was a key factor behind the deal.
Mr Park said; “Fusion5 was attracted to the site due to its advantageous location between St Kilda Road and Kings Way, providing excellent access to arterial roads, recent refurbishments and close proximity to its existing office.”
Prime Value purchased the Albert Road property from Walfstreet developments in 2014 and has appointed CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent.
