Sydney, 26 February 2015 – CBRE has further strengthened its Office Services and Metropolitan Investment Properties teams in South Sydney and the city fringe with the appointment of highly experienced property professional Brendan Shipp.
Mr Shipp has joined CBRE from Knight Frank, bringing over nine years office leasing and sales experience, including prior roles with both Cushman & Wakefield and Laing & Simmons Commercial.
CBRE’s Head of Office Services, NSW & ACT, Peter Flint said Mr Shipp would be based in CBRE’s South Sydney office, further enhancing the firm’s client service offering in both the South Sydney and city fringe markets.
“Brendan will fill a gap for us in these vital markets, which are showing encouraging signs of activity as tenants seek out well-priced space with the convenience of strong transport links,” Mr Flint said.
Mr Shipp has been involved in a series of major office lease and sub-lease transactions for clients including Nokia Solutions Network, Lend Lease, Amex and Eureka Funds Management.
In his Associate Director role, Mr Shipp will also focus on metropolitan office sales activityy, again with a key focus on South Sydney and the city fringe.
