CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and negotiated the lease deal at $210,000 gross per annum, on behalf of PH Pty Ltd.
Mr Shakir said the property represented an outstanding opportunity for the tenant to acquire freestanding premises with excellent exposure to Elizabeth Street.
