Adelaide, 08 March 2016 – CBRE has appointed Michael Hall as the new leader of the firm’s South Australian Asset Services business.
Michael has 15 years of finance and property industry experience and has held leadership roles in both Australia and Canada. He joined CBRE’s South Australian business in mid-2014 after two years at JLL managing the Grenfell Centre.
CBRE’s South Australian Managing Director, Alistair Laycock, said the promotion highlighted CBRE’s focus on providing ongoing development opportunities for talented people in the business with a proven ability to succeed.
“Michael’s expertise, depth of experience across all facets of Asset Management and strong focus on business development will be integral to the continued growth and success of the South Australian Asset Services business,” Mr Laycock said.
“Michael has distinguished himself through the exceptional work he has undertaken leading our SA Industrial Asset Services business and was last year recognised with a CBRE State Achievement award and a Circle of Excellence award – which is our peak award program in Pacific.”
Mr Hall replaces Garrath Holdstock, who is relocating to Melbourne to head up CBRE’s Victorian Asset Services business.
