Melbourne, 11 March, 2014 – Two national companies have leased office space in the east Melbourne suburb of Blackburn North.
Telecommunications company Optus has committed to a four-year term on a 400sqm office property at 31 Joseph Street.
In a separate deal, a private company has leased a 250sqm property at the same address. The rental for both deals was $265psqm gross.
CBRE’s Gianni Macdonald negotiated the deals on behalf of a private vendor.
