Brisbane, 26 March 2015 – CBRE has recruited leading Brisbane property professional Andrew Brimson as it continues to strengthen its Large Format Retail team.
Mr Brimson has over twelve years of extensive experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, property valuations and funds management, throughout the Brisbane market and nationally.
He has joined CBRE as a Negotiator for the Large Format Retail team and will based in the firm’s Brisbane office.

Mr Brimson was most recently Senior Property Analyst with Sentinel Property Group where he was involved in acquisitions, sales and leasing of retail and large format retail centres, commercial office buildings, and industrial assets between circa $10-$70 million.
“Andrew is actively leasing new development projects and existing centres, as well as contining the development of CBRE’s presence in Brisbane and greater Queensland,” Mr Crocetti said.
