Perth, 28 March 2016 – Construction industry long service scheme MyLeave has established new headquarters in West Perth after striking a new lease in 50 Colin Street.
The WA State Government Statutory Authority has relocated from nearby premises to 480sqm of space in the Colin Street building, which is owned by Noongar Property Holdings Pty Ltd.
CBRE’s Luke Bray negotiated the 10-year lease agreement at a net rent of $350/sqm.
“MyLeave took the opportunity to expand into a larger tenancy and was attracted by the building’s larger floor plate and the opportunity to occupy good quality, refurbished space with excellent natural light,” Mr Bray said.
