Perth, 29 March 2016 – Following a refurbishment project, CBRE has negotiated a series of lease agreements at 36-38 Rowland Street, Subiaco – demonstrating increasing tenant demand for customised commercial suites.
The two level commercial building has recently undergone a refurbishment of its floors, with the new tenants able to fit out suites uniquely to suit their business operations.
CBRE’s Daniel Johnston negotiated tenant agreements for 216sqm and 111sqm suites of the building, to Maurice Meade and Collegium Group respectively.
Mr Johnston said the refurbishment has increased tenant interest in the asset, contributing to the strong recent agreements.
Maurice Meade and Collegium Group have leased suites on an average 4.5 year term. Top floor suites in the building have rentals of circa $320/sqm net.
“Both tenants were attracted to the property as the newly refurbished floors allowed them to complete brand new fit outs tailored to their needs,” said Mr Johnston.
