Perth, 05 April 2016 – Start up law firm Grondal Bruining has selected West Perth as the location for its new headquarters.
The firm has leased 275sqm of space in 22 Delhi Street for a 2.5 year term.
CBRE’s Luke Bray negotiated the lease for Grondal Bruining, which was established this year by former Ashurst partners James Bruining and Darren Grondal.
The firm is paying an initial rental of $385/sqm net for space in the building, which is owned by Warrington 22 Delhi Pty Ltd.
“Grondall Bruining was attracted to the high quality fitout on offer as well as the high proportion of offices, fully equipped board room and pleasant leafy outlooks to the Harold Boas Gardens,” Mr Bray said.
