​Perth, 14 April 2015 – Two floors of Perth’s high profile Old Swan Brewery are set to become available when Brookfield vacates the site later this year.

Brookfield (formerly Multiplex) has occupied Levels 2 and 3 of the Old Swan Brewery since the site was redeveloped in 2001. Later this year however, Brookfield will be relocating its operations to the modern Brookfield Place complex in the CBD.

Brookfield’s move releases over 1,830sqm of space spread over two floors in this prime building. The space includes reception area, 22 offices, board room, four meeting rooms, open plan areas, large kitchen/ breakout area, three conference rooms, bar, theater and entertaining area.

The offices are furnished and fitted out to a high standard and offer a unique blend of original character features such as high ceilings, exposed steel pillars and large bay windows with modern finishes throughout.

The property benefits from a high level of security, building concierge, ample parking, boat access via jetty, panoramic views of the Swan River and highly desirable location. Other tenants in the building include Australasian food and beverage giant Lion and The Old Brewery and Zafferano’s restaurants.

CBRE’s, Luke Bray will be negotiating the lease for the available space on behalf of lessor OSB Investments Pty Ltd.

Mr Bray said the building’s high profile, city fringe location and the iconic nature of the space will be major draw cards for potential tenants.

“Fully restored and refurbished to an exceptional standard, this grand Edwardian building is one of Perth’s most prestigious mixed use developments combining three levels of office accommodation with restaurants and luxury apartments, all boasting panoramic views of the Swan River.”

“The building is superbly located on the Swan River adjacent to Kings Park, within close proximity to the CBD and with easy access to the Mitchell and Kwinana Freeways,” Mr Bray said.
