Melbourne, 14 April 2015 – Australian logistics and supply chain solutions company, BTI Logistics, has pre-leased a Ravenhall warehouse facility to accommodate its western Melbourne operations.
The property, located in the Orbis Business Park Ravenhall, will have a total area of 8,500sqm including 8,000sqm of warehousing, 500sqm of office space and an additional 800sqm canopy. Upon completion, the site will feature roller doors, three recessed loading docks and new fit-out.
The site is expected to be completed late 2015.
Lindsay Davidson of CBRE negotiated the seven-year lease agreement on behalf of lessor Pellicano Group.
Mr Davidson said the site provided a unique opportunity for BTI Logistics to develop its operations within a newly built facility, located in a prime industrial precinct.
