Christchurch, April 16, 2015 –CBRE has appointed Tim Rookes as the new Managing Director of its Christchurch office effective immediately.
Born and bred in Canterbury, Mr. Rookes joined CBRE in 2011, bringing over 19 years’ of experience of senior roles in real estate.This included Head of Real Estate for Standard Bank London, where he established the real estate function across the international portfolio covering 16 countries and 21 cities before returning to New Zealand to join CBRE.
In the four years since joining CBRE, Tim has become a significant contributor to the New Zealand business as National Director of Global Corporate Services, a role he will retain, where he oversees Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Portfolio Administration Services, Strategic Property Advice, Building Consultancy and Project Management.
