Gepps Cross warehouse sale presents owner occupier opportunity

​Adelaide, 18 April 2013-Three industrial warehouses in the prime Gepps Cross area are being offered for sale by CBRE.

Situated at 3,5 and 7 O’Connor Court, the adjacent buildings are available by sale individually or together - providing a rare owner occupier opportunity in a tightly held location.

The 949sqm office/warehouse at 3 O’Connor Court covers a 2,398sqm site; 5 O’Connor Court comprises a 775sqm warehouse/office on a 2,548sqm site and 7 O’Connor Court offers a 1,592sqm office/warehouse on a 3,352sqm site.

CBRE’s Jon Nitschke and David Reid said the properties represent a significant opportunity for an owner occupier.

“These buildings are in a very affordable price bracket and offer a broad size range for interested buyers,” Mr Nitschke explained.
