Sydney, 02 May 2016- The NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS) has leased a new 508sqm headquarters in Fairfield.
CBRE’s Maria Mangcoy and Luke Bryant leased suites 203 & 204, level 2, 25 Smart Street on behalf of the owners, Fairfield Chase, for an initial term of three years and a rent of $330 per sqm gross plus GST.
The property is located within the Fairfield Chase Commercial Tower and benefits from a full fit-out, large balcony and good location close to transport and amenities.
Ms Mangcoy said; “Fairfield is a tightly held market and office options are limited. When STARTTS found a space that suited their needs, they moved quickly to secure it.”
“We were able to engage STARTTS into our competitive leasing process from which several parties were involved from campaign inception,” Ms Mangcoy added.
STARTTS is a specialist, non-profit organisation that for more than 25 years has provided culturally appropriate and cutting edge psychological treatment and support to help people heal the scars of torture and refugee trauma and rebuild their lives in Australia.
