Adelaide, 04 May 2015 – Supercheap Auto is set to open its 300th Australian store following a recent lease agreement for a site in Holden Hill.
The 777sqm showroom, located at T2, 578 North East Rd, benefits from a prime location with frontage to a major arterial road, ample parking and close proximity to other large format retailers including Petbarn.
Supercheap Auto is expected to open the store in mid-April.
Dallas Sears of CBRE negotiated the lease on behalf of lessor Ednif Pty Ltd.
Ms Sears said the site offered an ideal opportunity for Supercheap Auto to expand its operations and client base in a new region.
“This showroom fit the tenant’s geographical requirements, located in a highly desirable area with positioning on Main North Road, that would provide extensive exposure,” Ms Sears said.
“The growth of large format retail over the last year has prompted many retailers, such as Supercheap Auto, to profit from favorable conditions with continued expansion.”
