The site benefits from a strategic location within the prime gateway industrial
precinct, close proximity to transport services and shopping facilities and
easy access to the CBD, north and south coast.
Ben Lyons and Mark Gilbride negotiated the lease on an eight-year term with a
rental of $110/sqm.
Mr Lyons said the tenant was attracted to the site due to its attractive presentation and advantageous location in close proximity to their customer base.
