Sydney, 27 May 2016 - CBRE’s Xavier Rahme and Tim Grosmann have sold an industrial facility at 708 Drome Street in East Albury on behalf of the vendor, Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Ltd.
Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd purchased the 4.5 hectare site adjacent to Albury Airport, which features warehouse and office space totaling approximately 7,379sqm.
The property was sold with vacant possession.
Over recent years there has been substantial growth in the warehousing sector given Albury’s strategic location as a regional hub. The region services a substantial area of southern New South Wales and northern Victoria as well as its high quality transport infrastructure.
