Sydney, 09 June 2015 – Joinery products provider, Prestige Australia Pty Ltd has recently leased an industrial facility in Smithfield to accommodate its Western Sydney operations.
The 4,343sqm freestanding warehouse facility, located at 326 Woodpark Road, features internal clearances up to 10.9 metres, access via multiple on-grade doors and docks, 2,000 amps power supply, well-presented offices and ample amenities over two levels.
Elijah Shakir and Jason Edge of CBRE negotiated the agreement on behalf of the private lessor. The tenant committed to a three year on an initial rental of $105 per sqm gross.
Mr Shakir said the tenant was attracted to the property’s strategic position in one of Sydney’s premier industrial hubs.

complex fit the tenant’s geographical requirements, located on the doorstep of the M4 and M7 Motorways, Cumberland Highway and the
proposed "Link Road" from Wetherill Park to the M4.”
