Brisbane, 13 June 2013-Interests associated with Adagold Aviation have acquired a modern, two-level office building in Brisbane Airport for $1.465 million.
Located within the Da Vinci Business Park, the strata titled building comprises a floor area of 616sqm and includes 18 exclusive-use car parks. The property was bought with vacant possession.
CBRE’s Sam Higgins introduced the purchaser to Trident Corporation who coordinated the sale and leasing on behalf of the vendor. Adagold Aviation will house its expanding global operations in the building.
“The property has been purchased for Adagold to occupy the premises for its well-established aviation charter and consultancy business,” Mr Higgins said.
“They have outgrown their current building at Hendra and have acquired 100 per cent more space to facilitate future growth plans for the company.”
Trident confirmed this is CBRE’s tenth completed transaction within the Da Vinci Business Park.
Mr Higgins said: “We are pleased to be involved in this exciting Brisbane Airport project, and with companies like Mitsubishi, Ericsson, Adagold Aviation and federal government bodies in the estate now, we are sure the future of Da Vinci Business Park is strong,” Mr Higgins added.
