Sydney, 15 June 2015 – National transport provider SCT Logistics has cemented its position in the Western Sydney transport market, after pre-committing to lease a state of the art industrial property in Erskine Park.
The 12,032sqm site at lot 801 Tyrone Place will accommodate a warehouse and office area totalling 4,550sqm and 4,520sqm container rated area. The site is due to reach practical completion late June 2015.
The property features four recessed docks, 4,520 sqm of container rated hardstand, a 10 metre awning and a truck refuelling station.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and Jason Edge negotiated the deal on behalf of Fife Capital for an annual rental of $811,680 net.
Mr Shakir said the property offered SCT Logistics the specialised facility it required to relocate its Sydney-based operations.
“This purpose built facility has the capacity to see SCT through its next growth phase in New South Wales,” Mr Shakir said.
“The property’s position in Erskine Park, in close proximity to the region’s main arterials, was also a key factor behind the deal.”
